Okay, I know I saw a post that gave instructions for how to post on multiple sites at once with Semagic (like IJ, GJ, LJ, etc), but now I can't find it. Can anyone help me figure out the settings or point me to a walk-through?

You can block the picture feed from taking graphics from your journal with the Admin Console.

For personal journals type "set latest_optout yes" in the box.

For a community the maintainer can type "set "for" CommunityName latest_optout yes".

So of course, the news went up today on LJ, with the "Nudge" feature mentioned in it, with no mention of the fact that you can shut it off. Not up front, at least. However, they link to the FAQ, where the info you actually need is under the 'read more' link. Nice job of burying it so that people won't see it up front, bastards ( Read more... )
